Bringing yoga, movement, and mindfulness to the people who need it—where they are.
At Balance & Breath Yoga and Wellness Center (BBYWC), we believe wellness should be accessible, supportive, and rooted in community. Through partnerships with schools, youth organizations, senior communities, nonprofits, and local businesses, we deliver yoga, movement, breathwork, and mindfulness programs that strengthen bodies, support mental well-being, and build connection.
As part of the BBYWC mission, we also specialize in serving adults in our community who may not readily have access to yoga and wellness services due to cost, transportation, time, lack of local offerings, or other barriers. Our partnerships help close that gap—bringing high-quality instruction to community spaces and creating more equitable pathways to care.
Join us in promoting health and community through the practice of yoga.
Our nonprofit’s intention is to deliver trauma-informed, diversity-sensitive, mindfulness-based yoga through partnerships with nonprofit organizations serving marginalized individuals to support healing, resilience, self-development and positive social change.
YOUR COMMUNITY, YOUR IMPACT
Our commitment is to continue providing accessible programming and to provide employment opportunities to our local practitioners sharing these healing modalities and practices.
