Our kids yoga program starts back in March 2o24! We have had so much interest in our kids yoga program and we want to make it available to you!!

To get started with kids yoga classes first set up your account!
Next, from a computer, log in and go to your profile
From there on the right of the screen you will see a button to add a family member and you can add your child
This is how we register for class, so when we have classes on the schedule you can just log in form the app or from the browser, log in and save your space or your Childs space for class.

What to wear & bring...
When it comes to choosing the right attire for kids to wear to a yoga class, comfort and flexibility are key. Kids should wear clothing that allows them to move freely and comfortably in various yoga poses. stretchy, breathable fabrics such as cotton or moisture-wicking materials that will help keep them cool and dry during their practice. Loose-fitting clothing like leggings, shorts, t-shirts, or tank tops are great choices.
When you arrive...
Arrive a few minutes early for class for check in and to say hi! Be sure to sign your little yogi in on our sign in sheet. Although you are free to go when we start class, know that you can always grab a seat in our lobby while you wait on your child. Please come in to drop off and pick up, our parking lot is busy and children are required to leave with the studio their human.
Remove your shoes...
Practicing yoga barefoot can offer several benefits, especially for kids. Being barefoot allows children to have a better connection with the ground, enhancing their stability and balance during yoga poses. The natural contact between their feet and the mat helps improve their grip, preventing slips and ensuring proper alignment. Additionally, going barefoot can help children develop a stronger awareness of their body and improve their proprioception, the sense of their body's position in space. This increased sensory feedback can aid in better control and coordination during yoga practice, making it a valuable aspect to consider for young yogis.
Unplug...
Please quiet devices prior to class and place them with your belongings outside of the yoga room. We want to take this time to unplug, bring the awareness inward, and breathe.
Finally...
Kids yoga classes are a lot of fun and very engaging! Often times they can get loud, and from the outside may look a bit WILD!!! We assure you that your child is having SO much fun while we study and practice all things yoga through FUN, JOY, and LAUGHTER!
