Welcome to the studio! You have made the first step in exploring the wonderful world of yoga, but now what? Below are some helpful tips so you know what to expect during your first few visits to the studio.

Decide the offering best for you! We offer live stream classes via Zoom, On-Demand classes, courses, series and workshops, in-studio classes, class series, and private 1:1 classes both in studio and via live stream Zoom!

Registering for class helps to ensure your space is retained in the class. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration to allow space for other students. Students are required to cancel class registration 60 minutes prior of the start of class to avoid being charged.

What to wear & bring...
For yoga, appropriate attire should be loose-fitting so that it is comfortable to move around in, but not so loose that it is in the way and the teacher can not see your form. We recommend our students wear tee-shirts or tank tops and elastic waist shorts or sweats. Leggings and yoga pants are also options.
When you arrive...
Arrive a few minutes early for class for check in and say hi! You will leave your shoes and other items in a designated area and be directed into place your mat. Masks are not required once on the mat but welcome. Simply place it on the top of your mat if you need to take it off. Our instructors will guide you from their mat and no hands on adjustments will be made during this time. At the end of class we will dismiss individually, giving students enough time to gather their items and leave the studio while practicing social distancing.
Remove your shoes...
For yoga it is customary to have bare feet in the yoga room. This helps to ground into our practice and help ensure you are not slipping and sliding while practicing. There are designated areas in the lobby to leave your shoes and other belongings.
Please quiet all your devices prior to class and place with your belongings. We want to take this time to unplug, bring the awareness inward, and breath.
