Accessible and affordable Yoga

What to wear & bring...

Appropriate attire should be loose-fitting so that its comfortable to move around in, but not so loose that its in the way. You will want the teacher to be able to see your form for any suggestions during the flow.

When you arrive...

Arrive a few minutes early for class for check in and to say hi! Be sure to sign in on our sign in sheet and make yourself comfy in the space. We have lockers for any personal items that need stored during your session.

Remove your shoes...

For yoga it is customary to have bare feet in the yoga room. This helps to ground into our practice and helps ensure you are not slipping and sliding during your practice. There is a designated area in the lobby to leave your shoes.

Unplug...

Please quiet all your devices prior to class and place them with your belongings outside of the yoga room.  We want to take this time to unplug, bring the awareness inward, and breath.

Finally...

As you enter the yoga room, find a spot where you can see the teacher well. Also, it is proper etiquette not to step on anyone else’s mat while you are in transit. Get cozy and start to move inward for your practice!

The word sangha translates from the Sanskrit language as “community” and is pronounced [SAHN-guh].

BBYWC serves as a place where we can all feel supported and encouraged within our community, in our yoga practice, and in our lives. When people come to Sangha, they bring their whole selves - and we welcome this! We believe collective care is a powerful practice!

Join us for morning Sangha Saturdays at 7:20am, Sangha is a time for community, discussion, & meditation with Morning Vinyasa Yoga directly after.
