This yoga class is for complete beginners and graduates of our 4 week beginner course. Expect a class that moves at your pace, a class with several modifications, and plenty of encouragement for you to find comfort in your practice!

 

If you are new to yoga or have recently taken our 4 week beginners course and are looking for a class to complement that course, this is it!

Yoga for Beginners

4 Week Course 

In this 4 week yoga course for beginners, we will explore the basics of yoga though 4, 75 minute class sessions. This series is ideal for someone new to yoga, or someone wanting to deepen their understanding on the foundations practice.

We will be taking a comprehensive look at the principals of yoga while you receive well balanced instruction in the areas of:

Yoga asana
Pranayama (breathwork)
Meditation

Our studio offers a small amount of mats for our students to borrow, and we provide the props you will need. Wear something comfortable to move around in and bring a water if you'd like!
