Yoga for Beginners
4 Week Course 

Register for one of our 4 week Yoga for Beginners Courses. Classes meet for four 75 minute class sessions. 

In this 4 week yoga course for beginners we will explore the basics of yoga. This series is ideal for someone new to yoga, or someone wanting to deepen their understandings of the foundations practice.

We will be taking a comprehensive look at the principals of yoga while you receive well balanced instruction in the areas of:

Yoga asana
Pranayama (breathwork)
Meditation

Our studio offers a small amount of mats for our students to borrow, and we provide the the props you will need! Wear something comfortable to move around in and bring a water if you'd like!

Yoga For Complete Beginners 

Every Tuesday 5:30pm - 6:30pm

This yoga class is for complete beginners and graduates of our 4 week beginner course.  Expect a class that moves at your pace, a class with several modifications, and plenty of encouragement to find comfort in your practice. If you are new to yoga or have recently taken our 4 week beginners course and are looking for a class to complement that course, this is it!
